Russell Amsberry told me the day before he was supposed to represent me that he had another obligation for the same day and time. He tried to convince me to go to my hearing without him and stated he would show up later in the day. (What?) He tried to convince me to represent myself until he arrived. Needless to say I was not going to go to my hearing without an attorney. My case was automatically dropped. I paid Russell in full so I asked for a refund. He stated that he would return a very small portion of what I had paid him. In the end, I received the entire amount that I paid him because he was forced to return my payment by my credit card company. Very strange and unprofessional attorney.
