I called for service of my electric dryer and was told the repairman would be at my home the next day between 1-3 PM. I never left my home and waited all day but no repairman arrived. I called the main office where I scheduled the service and they told me to call another number to find out where this repair person was. The second number said they would call their guy and have him call me back. Their repairman Adam called me and said that he had left me 2 messages on my machine but I never answered the phone. I hate liars and if this is how this company deals with their customers - they lost my business. Beware!!!
