At first I was a little skeptical about this salon because they have so may locations that that been closed or failed due to poor management and ownership. But the Other day I was walking by and saw what an appeared to be a new addition to this... chain. A handsome, what looks like friendly guy through the window...? I was in intrigued by the way he was using his hands, very confident with no wasted movements. I sat on it for the night and decided to call the next day and make an appointment with this man who I had seen through the window. To find out later his name is Matthew :)
