I went to quit a bit of tattoo parlors before i found this place. Every other tattoo place around was higher priced, less attentive with there costumers, and had half as nice of an atmosphere. The work they did on me was phenomenal, i went in with an idea and they turned it into an art. Did the exact changes to the design that i wanted and helped my idea become better. I will recommend this place to everyone who ask about my tattoo, and I will be sure to let my fellow soldiers know that studio XIII is the place to go. Thanks Jason for the awesome work man
