The lady I called was old and very rude! They have very poor customer service. They need to hire more efficient employees that are young and and able to communicate to their customers. If I ever talk to that lady again I am probably going to freak out on her. That was the worst phone call I have ever had. I have had multiple calls with this company and It had always been the same lady and I am sick of her rude ass.
