I purchased a $50 wahl 5 star shaver from this place 1 day ago and the gold foil was broken. I called them and the man who answered told me ""that the item was not defective when I purchased it so I could not exchange the product. Store policy."" I will NEVER shop here again and I suggest you do the same. Horrible customer service.
