I have a heavy duty KitchenAid mixer which needed repair. I took to Saver Service on Nov. 18th and was led to believe it would be repaired prior to Thansksgiving.
Long story short, finally on Janauary 6th I went and picked up my still unrepaired mixer and was charged $75 dollars - $50 upfront when they agreed to repair my mixer and another $25 for parts. They seemed unconcerned and stated that almost 2 months to repair my appliance seemed like a reasonable time.
During the process they were unresponsive to phone calls and I had to make 30 minute trips to their shop at least 3 times to find out the status of the repair.
I will never take them anything to Shaver Service to be reapired again, and I advise you to do the same.
