When you are speaking to a customer service person you should have their utmost attention not be told they have to go because they have another call. You didn't call them for conversation, they are not your friend. You are their customer. I'm sure they are not the only person to take calls. If I ran my business like that I wouldn't be in business long. I've dealt with this place before and they hire people with no personallity, no compassion, no understanding. Once they have served you with paperwork they are not suppose to call you anymore but they do. I was making payment to them for a bill and missed one because of Christmas. They served me with papers saying I owe for attornies fees and all kinds of other stuff. The bill doubled. I asked what would happen if I couldn't pay the entire amount in the 20 days given and they didn't know or care.
