Oz Moving has proven to be 100% UNRELIABLE and unhelpful. When I made an appointment to get an estimate on my move, they swore up and down that they pride themselves on never canceling, being on time etc. The night before my appointment, having never received a confirmation call as promised, I took the initiative and called them. I spoke with someone from the call center who rudely took my number and hung up. Imagine my surprise when the next day I get a call informing me that not only was my appointment cancelled but that I had APPARENTLY gotten a very detailed message explaining this the day before. This was not the case. The woman essentially called me a liar, my boyfriend and I both missed work for this non-existent appointment and they had the gall to get pissed because neither of us was able to make a 3pm appointment (because I actually work during the day unlike them.) DO NOT USE OZ MOVING.
