Used Constitution services to shuttle students from school to a ski resort Ski Sundown.
First we had a problem when the 2 drivers let the buses idling for 45 minutes.
The school policy clearly states that no idling is permitted when loading/unloading students in order to keep young developing lungs away from harmful fumes.
Also CT state law has a 3-minute max rule for idling. Idling contributes to poor air quality and is a waste of fuel.
Second, when the drivers were notified, one of the driver became aggressive and started to yell and threaten to ""trash"" me. This were his exact terms. I had to call his manager to get the driver replaced.
This was last year. This year, idling is still going on by a dozen constitution coaches on ski sundown parking lot, even though it is not time for the students to be picked up.
They do not care about the children and adults breathing diesel exhaust and developing asthma or other pulmonary diseases. The manager was notified early 2011 and nothing has changed in 2012.
Bottom line, horrible service. Would not recommend. Stay away from this company.
