After waiting for a 7 hr window for Roto Rooter and then never showing up, we called Austin Drain for a rescue at 9pm on a Friday night while our water had been shut off for the whole day.
Brian showed up an hour after our call and had our plumbing problem fixed within minutes. While is was a very costly fix for a small part, it was worth going with this company for service and knowledge.
We will always use Austin Drain.
