Today, on a federal holiday when I thought it would be hard to get service because alot of businesses are closed, my wife asked that I call a plumber to fix several issues around our house: 3 non-functional bathroom sinks, a leaky kitchen pipe and no water for our washing machine. First, the dispatcher told us that they could have someone out to my house within an hour--Sergey was there in about 45 minutes! He was professional, clean and articulate and took the time to explain the problems, the causes and the solution. After we accepted the proposal, he was finished in no time flat and both my wife and I were happy with the whole project.
