My husband is just starting to get into model railroading. After coming in with a technical question, he was advised to buy a number of expensive items. When they turned out to be the wrong items, the store refused to return them (2 weeks later with receipt) and only upon arguing offered store credit. In the same trip, my husband then shopped around and found some track that was on sale to use his store credit. The woman at the register rang it up regular price and told him that it wasnt on sale if he was paying with store credit. once that 'store credit' is gone, we wont be back. shame on them
