We were expecting the usual car buying experience. Not even close. Best car buying experience ever. Jeff was excellent. Listened to what we wanted and made it happen. When we went to pick up the car, Jeff took the time to show us many of the features of the car and answered any questions we had. Everyone at the dealership was nice without being pushy. We are now the happy owners of a Suzuki Sx4. I would recommend Jeff and Brooks Biddle to anyone looking to purchase a car.
