Never been treated so badly in my life. The staffs are rude. They don't like to be asked a lot of questions, because they're dishonest in their sales. I was suspicious that my frame was the display though I had ordered it with the full price (not on reduced mark) as the frame looked quite used. They also gave me a lesser quality of lenses (lower refractive index) than what I had ordered. I felt I was being fooled, disrespected, and unappreciated for my business. I had to dig for the truth, basically questioning, as the associate's explanation was nonsensical and before the associate finally admitted the fact.
