I had been seeing the same stylist for over 15 years. I loved her but she refused to change my look. I am getting older so I wanted to refresh my image. As you all know, finding a stylist is difficult and takes a lot of trust. I had used the Aveda body products but never the hair products. My husband made my appointment after hearing me complain (again) about my stylist. I was very hesitant about trying the Ambience Salon. At my appointment time (not 30 minutes late, like my old salon) I was greeted by Keisha. I was a little nervous because she said she had only been with the salon for under a year. However, she was very friendly, very knowledgeable and confident. She immediately noticed the breakage that my other stylist swore I was imagining. She also gave me some suggestions as to why or how it happened. She made me feel so comfortable that I changed my appointment from a simple style to a full haircut. She ROCKED it!
