It's time to give the people who answer the phone and book appointments a lesson in the difference between AM and PM. I set an appointment for 8:15 AM and arrived on time, waited 20 minutes, was never offered coffee that I really needed, before finding out that the appointment was booked for 8:15 PM. I had called the day before and confirmed verbally at least 3 times on the phone with the booker: "8:15 AM, in the morning, tomorrow morning, at 8:15 AM"... yet, she blew it. So, for that mistake, you get 0/5 stars. Nevertheless, 12 hours later, I got another great haircut from Rhett. So, for that 5/5 stars.
