Heather did a wonderful job. It was the first time I have been to Ihloff and the attendants were not pushy with scheduling another appointment time, selling me products, and hinting at a tip. It was a welcome relief. Heather was kind and allowed me to relax. I really appreciate that because getting a facial for me is a luxury and treat! I appreciate so much being able to fully enjoy it!
