I came in to grab a few usual Jane Iredale products. I don't need a lot of assistance as I use JI on a reg basis nor would I expect full service help from a receptionist. I came in and went right to the makeup and even though there were two women working the front desk and no customers I had to ask one of them to help me, no greeting of anything. The one that did help me was not very helpful or nice and her social graces were lacking. She rang my purchases and that was it. If you want to make the most of the great selection of JI you have then customer service training is needed badly.
