my stylist seemed right out of school. She for one, took forever, and because she parted every portion of my scalp for the highlight and just was slow in process. She was not going to put me under a heat element until I suggested that my hair would need it. Still took approx. 45 min to develop and still it has that little bit of brassiness to it. Also, she put the bleach only right at the root and did not blend it well. You can see in my part where she stopped. She did not listen to what I said about the color or the hair cut. When I go to a upscale salon with the kind of prices you pay, I expect to get at least someone that knows what their doing. I would have done better going to one of the chain salons, for a much cheaper price to compare to the job.
