I have been a patient of Coan Eye Care for a couple of years now. The staff is knowledgeable when it comes to insurance carriers and they have worked with me when it comes to options available based on the benefits available to me at the time. I never felt they try to take advantage of me, on the contrary, they work with me. The staff knows patients on first name basis and the place is immaculate plus there is never a long wait. Overall, a very positive experience time and time again.
