Very Disappointed with my visit 1/15/2012

Let me start by saying that I have been a client of the institute for a year now. I was so excited to be there to be getting my hair highlighted a haircut. After 7 hours 35 minutes, crying, paying full price I left the building. I will be calling a manager on Tuesday if I am not contacted first. I am very disappointed with the lack of instruction to my stylist. I do not want to see this instructor go with action. He didn't even have the guts to come and talk with me after he knew I was upset. Thank goodness that another instructor stepped in. Without her I would not have ever returned.
