It has been a couple months now since I have begun receiving texts and email reminders of my appointment. I received (3) texts, (1) email and (1) voicemail at work. Yet, when it came time to advise me of a change in massage tech for my salt glow, no one could find me. How is it I received texts, yet no one could dial my cell phone to reach me the day of my appointment? All is well that ends well.
