When Lesmy R Vazquez showed up, I told him to be 100% honest with me. I told him I was a perfectionist and that if he did not think he could make a perfect repair, to not even try. He said he thought he could and that I did not owe if I was not satisfied. I told him, since my car was new that I did not want it to look any worse than it did. Then he gave me his price and I swallowed hard and said "do it". About 40 minutes later he said "thats it, thats as good as I can do". I swallowed hard again and looked, then I looked closer, then I looked from every angle. He said "did I earn my money?". I said what if it pops back in? He said It won't pop back in, but if it does I will fix it for free, but I will not fix new dings for free. I said " I'm not talking about new dings, I am talking about the ding you just fixed, and pointed to where I thought the repaired ding was located. Lesmy said " that's NOT where the ding that I fixed was, it's 10 inches from there." I swear, I cannot tell where it was. Thanks Lesmy R Vazquez, good job.
