i went in for the first time. i wasnt happy with the way the color turned out, cute was awesome! the manager called right away and understood. they reworked it and its amazing! the customer service was the best. i never felt awkward to letting them know it wasnt right and they never made me feel bad for being honest. i understand that sometimes it takes a few time before your new stylist gets to know your hair and so did they. they are excellent!
