Have been there a half dozen times using three different therapists. In EVERY case, the advertised hour massage is actually 40-45 minutes. They walk you in the room an waste time asking useless questions. They left the room and didn't return for another 8-10 minutes while I'm laying on the table. Looked at clock in each case and they always start 10-13 minutes after the start of the hour. Then they end the massage 5-7 minutes before the end of the hour. That's BS!! Don't advertise an hour massage when its really 40-45 minutes, or else reduce the lost time to a max of five minutes at the beginning and end.
