I would rate them a big fat zero, they came to do my neighbors backyard and in the process of doing it they took out a cable line and a phone line and are personal camara line wire called to see if they could fix it but they guy only told me it wasn't a big deal they just threw the wires into a field as if if never exsisted like they had no invovlement in the matter but they guy hung up on me while making my complaint glad he did I'm glad I have camaras and caught the whole action on tape.
