I originally went to Auto Tech at my son's recommendation. Since then I've been back few times. Each visit is a little different. My first trip there required extensive repairs, and I've also seen them to replace a single part. Regardless of the size of the job, they always give me an assessment of the problem and let me me know what the charges will be up front.
I feel that the Auto Tech staff is very knowledgeable. They will make notes the whole time I'm describing my issue to them, and then my car always comes back fixed. And they always have the work completed by the estimated time. They even have a big white board hung up that shows the schedule for the day to help keep them organized. Auto Tech takes personal interest and care.
