I handed in a papers a book that needed to be bounded at 12 noon,lunch time, I told them I needed it by today, and asked how long it would take, they said a few hours. I called them back at 7PM and asked if it was done. The employees response, "We didn't do it yet.\r
seven hours later, really! Disappointing, Won't be going back there.
