I was having a problem with a Desktop that I'd purchased from another 'Establishment' and wasn't getting anywhere when it came to customer service. As they believed in putting a bandaid on the problem by waving trinkets in your face. Thus NOT fixing the problem. I saw a sign that stated Office Depot fixed PC's. I stored that in memory and went on my way. Finally I went into the store and was I highly surprised. Rusty it "THE BOMB". He NOT only got Sony to install what SHOULD have been in the desktop when I originally purchased the computer BUT he gave me some great tips on how to maintain it. I'm so pleased with Office Depot that I've told everyone that will listen. If you need some help and are in the area stop by Office Depot. They ARE customer service.
