We were looking for a new fridge (we're new to the area), and were minding our own business walking in the appliance section, when one of the sales guys came over and announced this was "his section" and nothing gets by him--with a stern look on his face. After that experience, we went across town to Lowes and bought a fridge there instead. And the friendly sales guy at Lowes offered us a discount without us even asking for one. We're not planning on going back to Best Buy after that experience. My advice to you would be to go somewhere else too! more
