I just finished PT with Alice for problems with my knee and neck. Both were recurring issues that I had previously thought I might just have to ""deal with."" Alice gave me stretches and strengthening exercises that significantly improved both conditions, and on my last visit she gave me a plan for continuing the exercises to hopefully prevent future problems. She and the other staff were always kind, encouraging and courteous, and worked to accommodate my schedule. Alice always asked how I was doing and changed my routine as needed. She is very knowledgeable and was willing and able to answer all my questions. I am relatively young and fit, and I enjoyed the environment at c.h. because it seemed more geared to the active individual than another physical therapy clinic I had been to. I even enjoyed going to my appointments because it was just like going to work out at a gym. If I need PT in the future I would definitely choose c.h. again.
