I required a replacement ac unit. The Coolray crew helped me through the entire process. From the friendly lady who initially contacted me, to the very helpful consultant Bill Brenton. He answered all my questions that I had. Next was the 2 very nice men Gary and Corey, who installed my new unit. They were very professional and knowledgeable.
