If there were an option to give 0 stars I would! A few years ago my wife and I went to buy a Honda Odyssey. The dealership had several vans in the color that we wanted. We choose one (which was a bit dirty) and went in to sign the paperwork to complete the deal. While we were inside, the van was cleaned up. When we went outside to look the van over we noticed some issues now that it was clean. There were dents in some of the chrome window trim and scratches on the hood. We told the salesman (Scott Carson) that we were not happy with the van. He told us he would have the van buffed. We also asked that he replace the dented trim. When he found out that the cost to replace the trim was 300 to 700 dollars he told us no and tried to convince us that it was no big deal. We told him we were no longer interested.
