Finally the old AC/Heater was beyond repair and so I went to Dependable Heating and Air Conditioning for a quote... I also got quotes from several other firms --- some were smooth talkers, some seemed on top of things but nothing that I wanted. In the end they gave me a better quality install (more work done then any one else was bidding) and at about the same price or lower then anyone else.
