A few years back, my AC unit was breaking down. I asked my neighbor who they used to service their system. It turned out that it only needed some freon, and it's been working great since Bill's first visit! That was a few years ago, and since then Bill has let me know that I'll probably only get another year or two out of my unit, and I asked what a new unit would cost and the price he quoted was half of what the other company had told me! I was bowled over!
