We called Texsun Pools to arrange service for electrical repairs for our pool and did not receive a call back to set an appointment time. Four days later the repairman called to say he was on his way to our home. It was not a convenient time and I asked that he have someone from the office call to set a time. When they called back, we set a time for a Saturday. On that day, I spoke with the office requesting a window of time we could expect him and was told she would call me when she spoke to the repairman. He never showed up and nobody from the office called.
