Only complaint is about scheduling. Sometimes vague in committing to day/time and often does not arrive at the house at the agreed upon time. Not good about follow up phone calls. When he says "I'll get back to you about scheduling," I always have to follow up with him.
That, however, is the only shortcoming. He gives excellent service, excellent products, is very knowledgable, very helpful, offers a full range of services, and is a pleasure to do business with. I am also thrilled to be doing business with a small business; getting the attention of the owner who is also the technical expert. I have full confidence that we are getting what we pay for and that his pricing is fair and reasonable. The service is worth the few extra dollars over the national chain prices. Besides the occasional follow up phone call or not arriving when expected, the service is great!!
