today i had a service call on my uline ice machine. i have unfortunatley had many service calls because the machine is not making ice. i use a co. that is well known in the area, and whom i have established a great expierence with the tech personally. and so i had a call on my dishwasher which david has been out to my house. my maintenence man then asked david his opinion about the issue and david said"" oh ya, i know what the problem is, he just needs to clean the glass control panel and change the board. ive seen it happen all the time"" .. so.. we did what he said .. and it did not change a thing...!!!!! it cost me 200.00 dollars !!!!!! david needs more expierence in the appliance world rather than giving his ""expertise"" to something he has not fully researched !!!! thanks kens ! i'll be spreading the word
