I dealt with Otis and he checked out a problem I had and really meant to get checked out but hadn't done it yet. He gave me an estimate for repairs which was fair and reasonable. I am going to follow through and get this work done but I'm going to do it in two parts, so it won't impact my budget. I say Cheers to Otis.
