My service was excellent. I called the service department on a whim last Saturday morning when my dashboard lit up to tell me I was approaching a service call for A16. I was told that I could be accommodated in an hour and to come on in. I did just that and was out in a little over an hour later. And then, just to add to the positive experience, I was handed an Acura umbrella as I exited your service department to get in my car. Overall, I wonderfully pleasant experience!
