I found a place that I was very interested in renting on Craigslist and it turned out to be handled by Alert. They were able to show the home to me right away and when I decided I liked the place, the application process was very simple. I have lived in the home for almost a month now and everything is great. The walls were freshly painted and carpet professionally cleaned. I wish the house came with a refrigerator, but other than having to buy my own, I am very happy with the place!
