In regards to your post regarding Glens Tires: I want SPECIFIC NAMES of the individuals you spoke with at Glens...I am the former owner, and I can ABSOLUTELY GUARANTEE to you that on MY watch, this NEVER WOULD have happened, NEVER COULD have happened...!!!!! Please tell me who you spoke with and I will first determine if that or those individuals involved remember this scenario as you describe it, or if it is something totally different. You should have simply said ""I would like to speak with the owner"", and I can ASSURE you the problem would have been IMMEDIATELY resolved to your satisfaction. This has been the STRICT POLICY, MY POLICY, of Glens Tires for over 40 years i.e., each and every customer will be a satisfied, happy, REPEAT customer!!!! Your story just doesn't add up, based upon over four decades of tire service to the general public. I solved every customer problem or complaint, and believe me when I tell you that they were both RARE and INFREQUENT!!!! The new owner is absolutely adamant about carrying on this established tradition ( the same management team is still in place!!) and if you found something otherwise, I would like you to name names, in order to address this issue.
