I was going for a drastic change in hair style and had some idea of what I wanted but no picture. I was given to Norman and had to take in how unaturally good-looking he was, then we talked about what I wanted and he completely got it ! He's extremely talented because he made the picture I had in my head a reality. He was an awesome conversationalist and his skills were amazing. I can't say enough about him. My friends loved the results. Thank you, Norman for my new look!
