I ordered merchandise from Mom's Milk. It say shipping was free. It never arrived and when I called customer service they told me it says delviered. They sent it thru the postal service. I ordered $50 worth of product. She told me because I didnt purchase insurance there is nothing they can do. I buy online all the time and if heaven forbid an item does not arrive - the company sends a replacement - this is terrible customer service. They should have shipped it UPS or state in BIG BOLD letters if you do not buy the insurance we do not gaurentee product.
