It's never fun to walk into your garage and not be able to open the door. Perry Doors answered their phone before 8am and showed up within an hour.
He replaced the springs, made some adjustments, fixed the lock and was a wonderful gentleman all in all. He ordered the commercial grade opener WITH backup battery and keyless entry pad for less than any comparable retail brand (I checked).
I have nothing but great things to say about how professional, quick, and efficient this visit was. I will update after the opener installation on Monday.
