I was quoted $375 for an exterior detail over the phone(A lot of money but it is a very rare Porsche RS America). When I arrived, Mark said it looked better than he expected but recommended removing a clear bra (applied to prevent rock chips). Excuse after excuse followed and after two weeks I called to see what time it would be ready. He said that he had bad news,the Porsche was at a body shop being painted because he ran into a table. Mark said it wasn't too bad but had taken no photos, so I have no clue. When I got the bill, it had grown from $375 to $1,069. I know a good detail when I see one and I wasn't impressed with the quality. I could find spots all over it that could be picked off with a fingernail and washing scratches still showed. He has too many cars in too little a space and when a car gets damaged he should call to see where YOU want the car repaired not him. I feel like I paid for the repair and got completely ripped off.
