Last summer my mother had new seamless gutters put on her home. My mother was not at home in Grinnell, IA due to a rehabilitation period after surgery, when the gutters were put in place. \r

This past spring when it started to rain she noticed some minor defects in the work completed in the summer of 2010.\r

I placed at least 8 calls and my brother placed two calls. Each time we were promised with a visit and each time the gentleman answering the phone ""supposedly"" wrote down the demographic information and our problem.\r

I like them, but I sure wish they'd come out and fix the gutters at my mother's home!
