After a quick interview with the Doctor and review of my MRI, a needle in the back was the first course of action. A cortisone shot and two weeks later I sat down with a DIFFERENT Doctor!! Not sure what happened to the first guy! As I tried to explain my pain to him, he ignored what I was saying and proceeded to tell me that a epidural was my best best. I had to introduce the idea of physical therapy first before a shot. I'm not sure I trust them enough to go back for a follow up. Be Careful!
