This company is diligent when it comes to the sale, but the service after the sale is poor at best. \r \r If you purchase a pre owned vehicle from this company be forewarned the follow up will come with tons of lip service and no follow through. \r \r I recently purchased a vehicle with a seat issue. I was assured that the seat could be fixed in house after a quick patch the seat failed to work. \r \r The sales associate then referred me to a local dealer as the car was still under warranty. Two weeks later I am now waiting on the parts for the repair which may be completed a month after I was assured it could be fixed easily. \r \r Note to self and others make sure the work is complete before you sign on the dotted line.\r more
